Los Angeles Selects Everyone Counts to move elections into the 21st Century with Secure Internet and Mobile Voting

Everyone Counts, the global leader in election modernization, will deliver a secure online and telephone voting system for EmpowerLA, the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Neighborhood Empowerment, for their spring 2016 elections.
