Rodd Novak

VP, Product & Marketing


Rodd Novak is an international sales and marketing leader with 18+ years of experience leading market driven sales teams and driving product line plans. Prior to joining Everyone Counts, Rodd served as VP Sales, Marketing and Business Development for Peregrine Semiconductor with P&L responsibility.  Over 10 years he accounted for a 30% cumulative growth rate and amassed 1500 customers in 54 countries. Rodd started his career as a software design engineer for Northrop Grumman with degrees in Electrical Engineering and later obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University.


Klaus Hofrichter

VP, Product Engineering


Klaus Hofrichter is an engineering manager with more than 15 years of experience in software development and product design. Before joining Everyone Counts, Klaus served as SVP of Engineering for Sony in San Diego. In that role, he was overseeing cross functional teams supporting many Sony business units and related products (TV, Blu-Ray Player, Mobile, Game Console, Wearable, Network Services). Before that, Klaus was Director at Sony Computer Entertainment contributing to PS2 and PS3 platform components. Earlier he was at Sony Electronics in San Jose as individual contributor and General Manager. Klaus was also co-founder of TwonkyVision, a bootstrap startup in Germany developing media presentation and server software. TwonkyVision was successfully acquired by Packet Video in 2006.

Adam Tesan

Executive Sales & Revenue Leader


Adam Tesan is Executive Sales & Revenue Leader, and brings 12+ years of sales and leadership experience in the software industry to Everyone Counts. He is a member Everyone Counts’ executive team and is responsible for the direction of all sales and business development operations. Prior to joining Everyone Counts, Adam served as VP of Sales for Active Network, Inc. leading a global team of 60 sales professionals. He also held key leadership roles in sales and business development at Active. Adam’s academic credentials include a Business Studies degree from The Business School at Manchester Metropolitan University in England.

Sheri Charleston

Director, Professional Services


Sheri Charleston brings over 20 years in the election management and services industry. She possesses a broad spectrum of account management experience from her work with election solution companies, and has a proven success record of leading complex election system implementations for major jurisdictions with millions of voters, across the nation. Ms. Charleston’s election experience includes ballot layout and production, managing election data, change management, staff training on commercial off-the-shelf hardware, software as a service and life cycle project management from planning through post-implementation support. Her satisfied customers include multiple counties and states, from coast-to-coast in the US.

Gorden Cheng has over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and integrating cost-effective, high-performance IT solutions, most recently with The Active Network, as Systems Architect, and Sony Network Entertainment, as Lead Systems Engineer. Additionally, Mr. Cheng has an impressive data center implementation and management background, covering all aspects from initial design, setup, installation, configuration, and finished data center management. Mr. Cheng earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Shelley Furse brings her sales and business development experience to Everyone Counts as a Regional Sales Director. Prior to joining Everyone Counts, Ms. Furse spent 10 years as US Sales Director at Microsoft Corporation, focused on enterprise solutions in the education and government markets.  While at Microsoft Ms. Furse was also responsible for developing many successful partnerships in the Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Markets. Ms. Furse also spent 8 years at Apple Computers as a Systems Engineer and Business Development Executive. At Apple, Ms. Furse focused on the music and publishing industries, among others.

Bridgette Richardson

Regional Sales Director


Bridgette Richardson is Regional Sales Director for Everyone Counts. Bridgette has over a decade of customer service and project management experience, primarily in the elections industry. During her elections career, Ms. Richardson has managed large territories consisting of up to 19 states and gained valuable experience working with election rules and regulations across the country. Ms. Richardson is well versed in the successful administration of both government and private elections and brings her customer-focused perspective to every project. Prior to joining Everyone Counts, Ms. Richardson worked within the heavily regulated industries of elections, healthcare, and banking, where she was responsible for directing the development of compliance-related policies and collaborating with state regulators to resolve consumer complaints.

Katie Jensen has been with Everyone Counts since its founding and has experience in all areas of the Company's operations. Drawing on hundreds of previous successful projects, Katie knows how to manage the successful delivery of our solutions. As our Inside Sales Director, Katie works with our Commercial, Engineering, IT and Professional Services groups to assure that we meet the unique needs of each of our public and private elections customers. Previous to Everyone Counts, Katie was in the management of non-profit organizations and graduated from the University of Notre Dame with honors.

Nick Coudsy

Technical Sales


Nick Coudsy oversees Everyone Counts’ Election Operations Division. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 19 years of experience in U.S. public sector elections with extensive experience in the implementation of new voting systems and certification. Prior to joining Everyone Counts, he worked as an election administrator and as the director of training for Los Angeles County, the largest electoral jurisdiction in the USA, and for Contra Costa County, California.

Mr. Coudsy is an alumnus of Loyola Marymount University and has performed graduate work at the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University.

Timothy Vlach

Manager of Election Solutions


Timothy Vlach is the Manager of Election Solutions at Everyone Counts. As part of the marketing and sales team, Mr. Vlach guides the direction of all disciplines in managing the eLect product line and new product launches. Mr. Vlach is responsible for proposal direction and management, defining new products, developing product launch collateral, and managing the daily activities of the Product Marketing team. Mr. Vlach excels at resolving complex customer issues and delegating resources to most effectively serve customers across geographically diverse regions.

Dani Charleston

Election Services Manager


Dani Charleston manages Everyone Counts' Election Administration team. She works with a variety of ballot data sets from third party systems to ensure accurate online elections. Ms. Charleston is also responsible for the delivery of online elections for a variety of governmental and private customers, managing customer communication and customer care. Dani works with sales and engineering to enhance Everyone Counts products for internal and customer use. Previously, Ms. Charleston was the Electronic Poll Book Manager for Kansas City.  

Aaron Contorer

Strategic Advisor to the CEO


Aaron Contorer spent 10 years as an executive with Microsoft on Windows, MSN, and Visual Studio, as well as served as Bill Gates' technical adviser. He has led startup companies in the fields of printing, business decision optimization, and high-end Web server infrastructure. Mr. Contorer holds several patents in distributed systems and network security and has degrees in computer science and psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he was one of the original Internet software developers at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) and was one of the creators of the shareware business model.
