Chicago and Cook County lead the way in modernizing elections for today’s Illinois Primary

In compliance with the MOVE Act, this system will provide military and overseas voters with secure online ballot access.The Everyone Counts’ secure online ballot delivery system has been used to distribute ballots to military and overseas voters ahead of today’s 2012 Presidential Primary.
