Sales Operations and Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Sales Operations and Proposal Specialist who eagerly drives customer issues to closure.  This individual must be able to develop and maintain positive internal professional relations and coordinate various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.

What you will be doing:

Request for Proposals (RFPs)
●    Monitor bid notifications and qualify RFPs
●    Organize and monitor response statuses
●    Analyze bid requirements extracting all business items and assembling the RFP Checklist
●    Setup documentation for technical writers, inserting boilerplate text
●    Complete all business items and forms related to RFPs, including but not limited to:
      ○    Insurance
      ○    Financial Information
      ○    Business Status
●    Format proposals into company approved branding
●    Maintain library of proposal formats
●    Maintain content by updating staff bios, contracts, and client references
●    Use best practice proposal process steps to ensure timely and accurate proposal delivery

●    Coordinate necessary paperwork to execute contracts
●    Work with the Sales Director on any necessary follow up documentation
●    Maintain all client contracts
Sales Operations
●    Maintain company CRM
●    Enforce best practices and set up training sessions with sales team to ensure accuracy of information going into Salesforce
●    Mass upload contact lists
●    Monthly updates of company pricing for quoting

What we need to see:

•    General knowledge and familiarity with established standards, concepts, and practices related to completion of business proposals
•    MS Office Power User
•    High energy and excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    3 to 5+ years of Sales Operations or Customer Service experience in a similar role
•    Proactive and willingness to work in a team environment
•    Bachelor degree or equivalent
