- Everyone Counts chosen by Swindon Borough Council in the UK to provide the world's first Vote Anywhere multichannel election, ensuring access, security and choice for voters. Voters will have six choices for voting: traditional paper ballot in their specified polling station on polling day, voting electronically in any polling station on polling day, supervised voting by Internet in libraries throughout the borough, voting remotely early and up to the close of polls by either Internet or telephone, and voting by mail. Each electronic voting system will be available in English, Bengali, Konkani and Portuguese.
