August 2006
Hello and welcome to the new look gazette! This is our brand new website, we hope that you take the time to look around and see what we have been up to.
There have been quite a few exciting changes both with the Everyone Counts system and the company. Along with the regular system information and tips we have also
included a news section in the Gazette, so you can read all about what Everyone Counts have been doing.

Developments
As always we have been working on making the Everyone Counts system even better! A tool that we have had a few requests for, mailout scheduling, is now available!
Mailout Scheduling
Now when you go to send a mail about a project you can choose to send it immediately or you can schedule it for a future date and time. This means that you can set up your initial mailouts and reminders ahead of time, safe in the knowledge that they will be sent for you! To take a look at this great new feature you can choose to send a mailout from a current project or you can enter vis Tools>Send email.
Usernames no longer case sensitive
In the past Usernames have been case sensitive in the Everyone Counts system, this is no longer true. This means that your users will no longer be held up by case issues if they leave the caps lock on!
