eLect Access
For election officials who want to empower a greater number of voters by adding an additional telephone-voting channel, eLect Access is the perfect, cost-effective election solution. Encompassing the entire eLect Universal feature set - except the ability to vote via computer - eLect Access enables voting via telephone (either landline or mobile) for voters without computer access or the ability to use a computer.
Although you can design and conduct an entire election using eLect Access (and the accompanying eLect platform), most election officials use it as a way to broaden the opportunity for more voters to participate in an election. With strict HAVA compliance in mind, Everyone Counts has designed the eLect Access interface for easy use by voters with visual impairments, motor impairments, and/or illiteracy. The solution offers the option for a real human voice to be used (not just text-to-speech like some other solutions) in any language, and supports any universal access-enabling hardware interface that can operate with a standard telephone.
Everyone Counts uses no proprietary hardware in any of our eLect solutions, lowering up-front costs, and our streamlined processes help administrators extend efficiencies across an entire election. If you want to save money on your next election while broadening voter participation, eLect Access is worth exploring.
