Elan has over 16 years of software industry experience managing the development and delivery of scalable, mission-critical software. Prior to joining Everyone Counts, Elan worked as a senior technical advisor at The Technical Committee, managed the development of scalable web services at Amazon.com, was a Software Architect and Development Manager at Hewlett Packard and a Principal Software Engineer at Oracle. Elan brings with him a strong operational focus and a broad engineering background in everything from Web Services to Enterprise Storage to Network Engineering.
